Fortune Engineering & Services is a Muscat-based multidisciplinary contracting firm delivering civil, structural, mechanical, electrical and interior works across the Sultanate of Oman. The company was established in 2018 under Commercial Registration No. 1330024, is registered with the Oman Tender Board, and holds Grade One membership of the Oman Chamber of Commerce and Industry. Work is executed by a directly employed engineering and supervisory core of twenty-five, supported by a governed subcontractor panel.
Six service lines are delivered in-house. Civil and structural construction covers residential, commercial and industrial buildings, earthworks, hardstanding, roads and site infrastructure. MEP works cover mechanical, electrical and plumbing installation, HVAC, fire fighting, high and low voltage power systems and substation construction. Interior fit-out and refurbishment covers joinery, finishes, offices, showrooms and hospitality interiors. Pipeline and cable works cover water, drainage and utility networks, trenching and reinstatement. Telecom infrastructure covers civil and installation works for national fibre and mobile network operators. Facility management covers planned and reactive maintenance, cleaning and specialist services.
Projects are delivered across Muscat, Sohar, Duqm, Salalah and Rustaq for government ministries, oil and gas operators, private developers and industrial clients. Completed and current works include the PITZO commercial development at Musannah, the Noor Ghazal warehouse at Suwaiq, the Grandwood factory at Samail, the Airmech office building and the Sailors Club at Duqm, together with structural steel, portal frame and finishing packages on live industrial sites.
Every package is priced against a measured bill of quantities, programmed before mobilisation and administered through the contract. Variations are valued as they arise, inspection and test plans are agreed with the consultant before work begins, and the commercial position is reported monthly rather than discovered at final account.
